- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon hot water
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- ice cubes
- 1 cup milk
Mix honey with hot water, whisking it until it dissolves. It is important to use hot water for that, otherwise honey won’t dissolve properly.
Add matcha powder and whisk until no lumps remain.
Fill a tall glass with your choice of ice cubes.
Pour milk over it.
Add honey matcha mixture, stirring it before drinking.
