- ⅔ cup coconut milk unflavored and unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ¼ cup water warm
- 3 tablespoon pineapple ginger syrup
- ice cubes
Whisk matcha powder with ¼ cup of warm water.
Fill half a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add pineapple ginger syrup and cold coconut milk.
Pour matcha for last to get beautiful layers.
Serve, stirring to mix before drinking.

Add 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice plus 1 teaspoon of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder.
