Overnight Sourdough English Muffins

Learn how to make English Muffins! Ingredients: 1/3 cup  sourdough starter, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup milk, 3 cups flour, salt

Start by making the dough and letting it rise overnight. In the next day, it will look like this:

Roll the dough open and shape it with a round cutter or knife.

Let shaped english muffins rise once more for 1h30 to 2h before cooking.

Cook them on medium-low heat for 8 minutes on each side.

Don't forget to toast them!
